Marketing Requests at Sharpe Road Church of Christ
Thank you for partnering with the Marketing Ministry to help promote events and initiatives that support the mission of Sharpe Road Church of Christ.
To ensure consistent quality and timely delivery, please follow the new process outlined below:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Only Ministry Leaders should send all marketing requests to the email address below:

Step 2: Include Required Information
Please be sure your email includes:
Ministry Name
Type of Marketing Needed (e.g., online flyer, printed material, website update)
Exact Verbiage to be used.
Any Special Instructions
Incomplete requests may delay processing or result in your request being automatically rejected.
Step 3: Quality Control Review
All requests once submitted are reviewed by the Marketing Quality Control Committee (QCC) for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with church branding and quality standards.
Step 4: Turnaround Times
Once approved by QCC, please be aware of the following lead times:
✅ Online Flyers: 2 weeks
✅ Printed Materials: 3 weeks
✅ Website/Special Projects: 4 weeks
Step 5: Final Review & Approval
After the initial draft is created:
The Ministry Leader and the QCC will review it.
Once approved by both parties, the final version will be released for promotion.

📄 A paper form is available upon request in the church leadership copier room, with directions for submission on the form.
