These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern your use of the mobile communication services offered by Sharpe Road Church of Christ (“we,” “our,” “us”), including but not limited to text message alerts, reminders, and notifications (the “Service”). By enrolling in, using, or participating in the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service Description

Our mobile Service allows members, guests, and subscribers to receive communications related to worship services, ministry events, volunteer opportunities, and important announcements. Message frequency may vary based on church activities and your participation.

Consent

By enrolling in the Service, you provide your express consent to receive informational and occasional promotional text messages from Sharpe Road Church of Christ to the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any service or participation with the church.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

  • Opt-In: You can enroll in the Service by providing your mobile number through a church form, online registration, event signup, or other authorized method.
  • Opt-Out: You may cancel text messaging services at any time by replying “STOP” to a text message you receive. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages.

Costs & Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Sharpe Road Church of Christ is not responsible for any charges you may incur as a result of using the Service. Please check with your wireless provider for details on your plan’s SMS and data rates.

Supported Carriers

The Service works with most U.S. mobile carriers, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery of messages across all carriers or geographic locations.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Limitation of Liability
